OVERVIEW:
Flipkart Big Billion Sale is going to be live from 23rd of September and if you’re a plus member it would be one day before. As per reports, huge discounts are being given on Electronic and gadget items. During the sale period, the phone will be listed for ₹34,199. If you opt for prepaid which means online payment while placing order, you’ll get an additional ₹3,500 discount. Lastly, AXIS and ICICI bank credit and debit card users will get additional ₹3,000 off, concluding all this the effective prices come as low as ₹27,699.
DESIGN:
The Google pixel 6a’s looks come from the other pixel 6 models, each colorway has Google’s distinct color scheme made of plastic but, the frame is made from aluminum and surprisingly camera bar is also made of plastic. It feels a great in your hand while holding as you can easily maneuver with one hand.
The front panel is protected by Gorilla Glass v3 and features a full HD plus resolution with a refresh rate of 60 Hz. While the display and design is decent for a mid range device, it’s a little disappointing to see google cut corner with glass and refresh rate. The back of the phone is constructed with a 3d Thermoformed composite also known as plastic.

The google pixel 6a takes the core elements of the pixels 6 and 6 Pro and repackages them into something more affordable while still keeping the look and vibe of Google’s flagships. Performance upgrades comes from the first generation Google Tensor Chipset and it brings the same 12.2 MP main camera from previous generations. Pixel 6a is also IP67 rated for water and dust resistance.

CAMERA SPECS:
The camera in this phone is not new as the Pixel 6a uses the same 12.2 MP primary camera found the pixel 5a and it pairs it with the same 12 MP Ultrawide sensor found on the pixel 6 and 6 pro respectively. No doubt pixel series are known for it’s flagship camera, and it meets customer expectations as well. The primary sensor comes with built in Optical image stablization.
It supports a 8MP front facing Punch Hole camera which surprisingly captures 84 degree field of view. Color grading and contrast are great.
